About us
Our Export LLC is a team of people who believe in the power of the Ukrainian land and the work of Ukrainian farmers.
We buy fruit, berries and vegetables directly from farms across Ukraine’s ecologically clean regions, freeze them with IQF technology within hours of harvest, and move them through our own cold chain to customers in Europe and beyond. Nothing is bought on a spot market and re-labelled: we know the field every pallet came from.
Our mission
We want to be the bridge between Ukrainian farmers and consumers in Europe and around the world — and to make “Ukrainian export” a byword for quality and freshness.

Yaroslav Pelekhach
CEO
Leadership
Has spent years in Ukrainian agricultural export. Runs Our Export day to day — the farms we buy from, the quality standard we hold, and the people our customers actually talk to.
Yaroslav Pelekhach is the director of Our Export LLC. He is responsible for how the company buys, freezes and ships: which farms we work with, what we accept at intake, and what leaves our cold store under our name.
He has spent years in Ukrainian agricultural export, and the company is built on what that taught him. Export is not a sales function bolted onto a harvest — it is a chain where a mistake at any single link is only discovered by the customer, months later and a thousand kilometres away. Learning where those links break, and which ones are worth paying more to hold, is the difference between shipping produce once and supplying a buyer season after season.
Most of that work happens in the field rather than at a desk. Ukrainian produce is grown by many small and mid-sized farms rather than a handful of estates, so building a season means visiting them, agreeing volumes before planting, and being present when the crop actually comes in — the few hours between picking and freezing are what decides the quality of everything that follows.
That period also taught him the unglamorous half of the job: phytosanitary certificates, customs codes, EU residue limits, laboratory reports, and the paperwork that decides whether a truck crosses a border on Friday or waits until Monday. For a frozen product, a delay is not an inconvenience — it is a quality risk.
On the export side, he is the person our customers deal with directly. Specification, sampling, packaging, incoterms, documents and the shipping window are agreed with him, not with a call-centre — which is why buyers who start with one pallet usually stay for a season.
The standard the company holds is his: what counts as calibre, how much broken fruit is acceptable in a case of IQF berries, when a batch is downgraded to purée instead of being sold as whole, and when a load is refused outright. Those decisions cost money in the moment and are the only reason a buyer can order the same product a year later and get the same thing.
He takes the same view of the cold chain itself. Frozen produce is only ever as good as its worst hour — a lorry that loses temperature for one afternoon undoes everything the freezing tunnel did — so the tracking, the loading discipline and the choice of hauliers get more attention than they usually would in this trade.
He is based in our head office in Lviv and travels regularly to the Bucharest office and to customers across Europe.
What we stand for
Straight from the field
Freezing starts within hours of harvest, so nutrients, colour and flavour stay where they belong.
Uncompromising quality
Rigorous raw-material selection and IQF shock-freezing — every pallet is graded, calibrated and documented.
Ukrainian origin
Grown on the black soils of ecologically clean Ukrainian regions, bought directly from the farms that grow it.
Reliable European logistics
Our own cold chain with offices in Ukraine and Romania — fast, documented delivery across Europe.
Our services
Everything between a field in Ukraine and your cold store — handled by us, so you deal with one supplier instead of five.
Logistics and delivery
Refrigerated transport at −18 °C to any EU destination, FCA, DAP or CPT. Temperature is logged for the whole route, not just at loading.
Customs clearance
Export clearance in Ukraine and import clearance on arrival: declarations, HS codes, EUR.1 preference certificates and the broker on both sides.
Sourcing and raw material prep
We buy direct from the farms, then sort, wash, calibrate and blanch to your specification before anything goes into the freezing tunnel.
Contract harvesting
Volumes agreed with growers before planting, so a season is committed rather than bought on a spot market at whatever the harvest happens to give.
Production to order
Your cut, your mix, your packaging and your brand — from a single line to a full ratatouille blend, packed and labelled for your market.
Documents and certification
Phytosanitary and health certificates, certificate of origin, CMR, packing list and invoice — prepared ahead of loading, not chased after it.
Cold storage and consolidation
Pallet space at −18 °C between harvest and shipment, and several lines consolidated into one truck so you order once instead of five times.
Quality control and lab testing
Intake grading, calibre and broken-fruit checks, plus accredited lab reports on pesticide residues and microbiology against EU limits.
Our partners
We work with Ukrainian and international partners across the whole chain — buying raw material, freezing and storage, and the sale of finished frozen product.

Farmers and agri-firms
We take fresh berries, vegetables and fruit in volume, with quantities agreed before the season starts rather than haggled at the gate.

IQF freezing plants
Partner plants with IQF tunnels close to the growing regions, so the crop is frozen within hours of picking instead of travelling first. We work to our own intake and calibre standard on their lines, with our people present through the peak.

Processing and cold stores
Pallet space and processing services, taken separately or as a package — cutting, grading and re-packing under a monitored cold chain.

Food industry producers
Finished frozen product for dairies, juice producers, bakeries and confectioners — supplied to the cut and specification their line runs on.

HoReCa
Restaurants, hotels and catering — consistent calibre portion to portion, supplied under international food-safety management requirements.

White label
We pack and supply finished product under the customer’s own brand, to their packaging spec and labelling.
Let’s work together
We are always open to new partnerships and ready to answer your questions.
